
Functions:
-Under the direct supervision of the assigned Health Services supervisor, assist school nurses by providing basic first aid, and by screening both well and ill or injured students in compliance with State laws and District regulations. The goal is to support the health, safety, academic success, and overall well-being of the District’s students and staff.
-Open to work with any age group in K-12
-Open to toileting if needed
Education:
-Any combination of education, training and or experience equivalent to; graduation from high school and one or more year of experience in the field of health.
License:
-Valid First Aid and CPR certification
