Conecta Education is currently hiring the a full time School LVN in the greater San Mateo County area: 

This is an exclusive client and will be working with Conecta Education directly for all hires! 

Position Details:

• Full Time
• Start and End Dates: August 11th, 2026 to June 4th, 2027, possible Summer opportunities. 
• Starting at $41 or more! 
• Weekly Pay
• 8:15 to 3:15 p.m., 1/2 hour unpaid lunch
• 32.5 or 35  hours per week 
• School Year: 2026-2027 school year.

More Details regarding the specific position: 

• Caseload: 1:1 with a 6th grade student
• Grade levels: middle school age student
• We are in need of a LVN who will be supporting a 6th grader who is in a wheelchair.
• We are looking for a nurse that has experience working with g-tube feeding, diapering and administering breathing treatments. 
• LVN would also need to ride the bus with the student to school and home daily. (this time is paid)
• You'll have a School RN to support you with any questions. 

 
Additional School-Based LVN Responsibilities: 

• Provide direct health care to students under the supervision of a school nurse (RN).
• Administer medications and prescribed treatments.
• Monitor students with chronic health conditions (e.g., diabetes, asthma, seizures).
• Respond to illnesses, injuries, and health emergencies.
• Perform delegated medical procedures such as G-tube feedings, catheterization, and blood glucose monitoring.
• Maintain accurate health records and documentation.
• Support students with IEPs and 504 Plans by implementing health-related accommodations.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, administrators, and school staff.
• Ensure compliance with district policies and state health regulations.
• Promote student health, safety, and wellness throughout the school day.
